Terms of Service

1. The agreement

This is an agreement between you and Jaafar (“we”, “us”), an individual based in Iraq, trading as Trendvixo. We operate the Trendvixo service at https://trendvixo.com.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company, and “you” refers to that company.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

2. What the service is

Trendvixo aggregates publicly available search-demand and market-interest signals and presents them as trend scores, rankings and history, through a web dashboard and an API.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password and API keys secret.
• One account is for one person or one organisation. Sharing login credentials with people outside your organisation is not permitted.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.

4. Plans and billing

We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans. Current prices and included limits are shown on the pricing page and are part of these terms.

Billing cycle

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, from the date you subscribe.
• Card subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cryptocurrency payments do not auto-renew — you pay for each period explicitly.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices are exclusive of any VAT, sales tax or similar charges, which are added where applicable.

Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of API calls and a set of features. When you reach your allowance, requests return an error until the allowance resets at the start of the next calendar month, or until you upgrade. We do not charge overage fees without your explicit agreement.

Price changes

We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects them, and may cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we will retry and notify you. If payment is still outstanding after 7 days, the subscription reverts to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your profile page. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Our full refund terms — including the 14-day guarantee for new subscribers and statutory rights for EU and UK consumers — are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute or publish our data as a competing dataset or service, or otherwise make it available in bulk to third parties.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the service outside the documented API and your plan limits, or use automated means to circumvent usage limits.
• Share, sell or publish your API keys.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the infrastructure behind it, or probe or test its security without our written consent.
• Use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or send unsolicited messages.
• Place a load on the service that degrades it for other users, including deliberately concurrent or distributed requests designed to evade rate limits.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will tell you why. Where the breach is inadvertent and fixable, we will normally warn you first.

7. API access

Plans that include API access let you query our data programmatically. API calls count against the same monthly allowance as the dashboard. We may apply rate limits to protect service stability.

We aim to keep the API stable. If we need to make a breaking change, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email to accounts with active API keys.

You may cache our data for your internal use. You may display individual data points in your own product with attribution to Trendvixo. You may not republish the dataset in bulk.

8. Data accuracy and no advice

Our data comes from third-party public sources. We do not control those sources and cannot guarantee that the data is complete, accurate, current or uninterrupted. Source availability may change, and figures may be revised.

Commercial decisions you make using this data are yours alone. You are responsible for your own due diligence.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design, and the trend scores and analyses we compute are owned by Jaafar and protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription period, for the purposes described in these terms.

Anything you upload or enter remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical. Enterprise customers may have a separate written service level agreement, which takes precedence over this section.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses — including losses arising from commercial decisions made using our data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, that we are legally required to terminate, or that is being used fraudulently.

If we terminate your account other than for breach, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period. You can request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to registered users and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq, and the courts of Iraq have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country's law.
